Therapy services will be offered at St. John Vianney Catholic School during 2009-2010 school year.

How will services be delivered

Step 1. Screening -  A tool used by the therapist to identify target areas that may require further testing.
  
Step 2. Evaluation -  If the screening show areas that require standard testing, a formal evaluation will be completed using formal tests that only a qualified therapist may administer, score, and interpret. 

Step 3. Weekly sessions -  The amount of sessions will be determined by the evaluation results.  Each session will consist of 30 minutes of individual therapy intervention with a licensed and certified therapist.

Fees: 10% discount will be offered to parishioners for  services.

You may provide us with your credit card information found on the screening form and we will bill you for the services provided. 

Screening: $25.00 applied to the fee of the evaluation if needed.

Evaluation: $200.00 minus screening fee. Includes a meeting to review the results.

Sessions: $55.00 per 30 minutes plus session documentation that will be emailed to parents as a receipt of service.
